Basic set:

Starter:
turkey rosettes with forest sauce or Mille-feuilles with grilled vegetables and oscypek with balsamic dressing

Soup:
beef broth with dumplings or minestrone soup with noodles

Main course:
chicken fillet stuffed with vegetables and feta in chanterelle sauce, mashed potatoes, set of salads: carrots with delicacies, celery with delicacies,

Chinese cabbage or Ham baked in a homemade sauce with potato dumplings and salad mix

Dessert: fruit roll with fruit and whipped cream or pear in red wine with vanilla ice cream

Dish 1

And the dish: pork loin with plum, Silesian dumplings and a red cabbage and pears salad or veal meatballs in dill sauce

Dish 2:

Borsch with a pate in pastry or zurek

Cold plate: plates of smoked and roasted meats, decorated with cold snacks, board of cheeses with grapes and nuts platter of Old Polish patties with homemade jams, herring dishes: herring in sour cream, Gypsy style herring, sausages, savoury aspics  stuffed  eggs stuffed in Tatar sauce, cold sauces: garlic, Cumberland, aioli, various breads Salads: Greek gyros with chicken

Set 2

Basic set:

Starter: Chicken salad in curry sauce or Camembert sauce baked with cranberry served with mixed salad.

Soup: broccoli cream with almonds and croutons or tomato cream with basil pesto

Main course: pork loin, baked potatoes, set of salads: carrot with peach, celery with delicacies, beets with horseradish

or pork roulades with mashed potatoes and a set of salads

Dessert: panna cotta with raspberry or cappuccino dessert with vanilla sauce

I dish: – turkey in rosemary with boiled vegetables and garlic croutons

Basic set: Starter: salmon roses with dill dip or turkey terrine with cowberry and marinated honey mushrooms

Soup: mushroom cream with puff pastry peas or zucchini and pelati  tomato cream

Main course: veal in wine demi-glace sauce, pumpkin puree, Hawaiian salad

or salmon in hollandaise sauce with spinach and lemon tabbouleh

Dessert: white chocolate cake and Malibu or tiramisu
